Refund policy
We offer 7 days of hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and an additional 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional cost, ONLY IF YOUR PIN-CODE IS SERVICEABLE.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided within 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.
Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to reflect in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS / BANK TRANSFERS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and prepaid orders.
Payments made via the COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE worth the same as your order value, which can be used within 1 year from the issuance of the coupon code.

Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund will be applicable for that order.

Any items purchased during a final sale will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS
If your pin-code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you will need to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit, and mention the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account for prepaid orders and in the form of a coupon code for COD orders.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

The customer must take utmost care of the product(s) while they are in their possession. This includes keeping all product instructions, documents, and wrappings intact while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
If the customer feels that the product does not meet quality standards at the time of delivery, they must contact us promptly via email at care@taramajeans.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the product. The customer will then receive further instructions from us.
Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their refund eligibility (if applicable) via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day we confirm via email that the customer is entitled to a refund.
